American Express manages a Lodging Guide that can help State travelers find hotels that offer the State rate. Travelers may also use a State-certified travel agency (fees apply), or find their own hotels.
 
How to pay: Use your department centrally billed American Express Business Travel Account (BTA), your individual American Express government card, or your own personal credit card depending on department policy. For the latter two options, submit a TEC (PDF format) for reimbursement. This does not circumvent the existing purchasing policy.
