The California Statewide Travel Program offers special rates and discounts for State travelers. The program is available to California state government agencies, universities, community colleges, and local governments (cities and counties) at no cost. Services are for official business use only.

Travelers: Before you can use services, you must sign up with your Travel Program Coordinator or Fleet Card Administrator to use one or both payment mechanisms. For an overview of services, see the State Travel Portal.

·  American Express (for contracted services such as rental cars and discount airline fares) –Your organization’s travel program coordinator must sign up.

·  Voyager/U.S. Bank  (for fleet fuel cards for use with State vehicles) —Your organization’s fleet card administrator must sign up.
